Problem

IRM India faced the challenge of handling a large volume of student support queries for their new program in collaboration with Mumbai University. Due to its scale, it was not feasible to use human agents for basic support related to course content, examinations, and other student queries.

Solution

Neuraleap developed a highly scalable RAG-based chatbot integrated with IRM’s Learning Management System (LMS). The bot was trained with course data, including video transcripts, textbooks, and assignments, enabling it to handle various student queries efficiently across multiple platforms.

Outcome

The chatbot achieved an accuracy rate of 95%, handling over 1,000 concurrent users at any given time. This automated system significantly reduced human workload, enabling the team to focus on more complex tasks and improving the overall student experience.
